My father began his career as a sales and marketing rep for a flavour house before taking the leap to create and sell his own flavours. My mother, a passionate home baker, played an invaluable role. She wasn’t just testing the flavours; she was living them, turning them into cakes, experimenting, and making them a part of our family.

We started humbly, working from a small space in our house, crafting bespoke flavour concentrates. I grew up surrounded by a medley of aromas wafting through our home, a place filled with the creativity that only those building from the ground up know. By the time I officially joined the business in 2015, it wasn’t just a career step; it was a promise to carry forward my parents’ dedication. In that moment, I think they felt their years of perseverance had taken root, and our family’s story would continue.

My father’s unwavering support became the foundation for Ossoro. Launching 30ml flavours was no easy task, especially since we were already supplying larger packs to industry clients. But my parents believed in my vision to create something more personal that could reach home bakers and flavor enthusiasts. That belief led to Ossoro’s birth, a brand that ventured boldly into e-commerce and social media, carving out its space and connecting with those who cherish the art of flavour.

My mother passed on more than her love of baking; she gave me a hands-on education in understanding flavours. The time we spent baking together, making cakes, breads, and cookies, became more than cherished memories. It was how I learned the science behind our products, discovering how flavours could bring baked goods to life and how a small tweak could transform a dessert from good to unforgettable.
