RETURN POLICY

We at Ossoro strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at customercare@ossoro.com

  1. What does Ossoro’s return policy cover?

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window (3 calendar days from the date of receipt) only if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Is different from what was ordered
All items must be returned in their original condition, with original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 3 days of the delivery via any cost-effective courier or registered post. Alternatively, we will issue a replacement package should the return request is valid and meets our policy requirements.

  1. How do I send the product back?

You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

  1. Can Ossoro arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
No, we do not offer this service presently.
  1. Will I have to pay for returning the products?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with Ossoro credits worth Rs. 50 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of Ossoro products.

  1. I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please mail us at customercare@ossoro.com before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your return request.
Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of Ossoro credits.
  1. Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.
If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at customercare@ossoro.com latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.
  1. Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. This does not apply if the order has been already dispatched.
